If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can request a refund within 14 calendar days of delivery. Once we accept your application and we receive the product, we will provide a full refund.
Return requests made outside the 14 days period will not be accepted. Likewise, we may decide not to accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Defects or damage caused by misuse, negligence, physical damage, alterations to product, incorrect adjustment, deterioration by ordinary use or incorrect installation after purchase.
- If the only reason for return is the fluctuation of the price.
In all cases, we will investigate the product and verify the fault. To be admitted for a replacement or refund, devices must be in condition “as if it was brand new” and if it is possible with the original sealed packaging intact. The accessories should be stored tightly sealed in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the returned product has been damaged.
The model of disagreement is optional since you can make your request through any other form of communication clear and unambiguous.
